CN Bio
As a member of CN Innovations Group and affiliated with the QMUL Centre for Predictive In Vitro Models, the CN Bio team was honored to participate in the grand opening of their new facilities.
These state-of-the-art facilities are the foundation of the Centre for Doctoral Training in Next Generation Organ-on-a-chip Technology (COaCT), established with funding from the NC3Rs. The COaCT program is dedicated to training industry-linked PhD students, addressing the urgent need for skilled scientists in this pioneering field. The program focuses on developing, validating, and standardizing organ-on-a-chip (OOC) technologies, promoting animal-free research methods across the industry.
We are proud to support Queen Mary University of London in this vital initiative. The event showcased innovative OOC technologies from industry leaders, including CN Bio, alongside advocates for reducing animal testing, with participation from UK government representatives.
Our CEO, Paul Brooks, shared insights on how the PhysioMimix OOC systems can support this groundbreaking work.
